I bought my car at Fairway in late 2012. It was the only dealership that responded to my email requesting a good price for a 2013 model. I have all my maintenance done there. As far as I can tell, I have always been treated fairly. Today I went with a problem that I believed was a starter problem. They decided after inspection there was no real problem. They could have easily replaced the starter, I'd have been none the wiser and paid probably a few hundred dollars. Instead I was informed they couldn't find a problem. I was sent on my way with a zero bill. This is what I cal a class and operation.
