We had a slab leak 1/30/2017...
2/3/17 Disaster Kleenup was called to my home by my insurance company. (NOT ME!!)
2/19/2017 DKI equipment flooded my house, I called them on their emergency line! 2 hours later they called me back and asked me to return to my home to unplug their equipment!
2/28/2017 they removed all their equipment! Never did the open up 1 wall, never removed base boards or wainscoting to do accurate moisture testing! They where paid to dry out my home and pack my belongings up in a storage pod! Our city sent us a letter informing us to remove the pod. I gave the letter to my insurance company and DKI illegal removed the pod! When the pod was brought back I asked for a rep to come out to witness items in the pod once it was opened. They denied to come out! Corine lied and told me the insurance company is responsible for my items! They sent out Dennis the owner to my home 1 month later and he did nothing but verbally attack me! This simple slab leak turned into a train wreck because the dry out was never done correctly! My items are broken and DKI is responsible for this! I am still waiting for a response from them, let me remind you!!!! The city of Placentia gave them awards just days before they gave me this nightmare! Pick your own restoration company, not one who works for the insurance companies!
