This place is simply terrible. I was seated then ignored. No one said, "Be there in a minute!" No one offered me a beverage. I walked out and received instant and courteous service at the Philly Sub place around the corner.

In response to the owner: I've noticed that you leave snarky little responses when people have legitimate complaints. Apparently your staff's attitude simply reflects yours. How long should I wait until someone says "Hi!"? 5 Minutes? 15 Minutes? A half-hour? Courtesy takes only a few seconds.
